Requirements:

minimum 10 years experience in tool making
Expert precision grinder to hold as close as +/- .0002
Can work to tight tolerances +/- .0005
proficiency in interpretation of drawing views, dimensions tolerances and symbols
ability to Operate CNC Chevalier grinding machine
Expert in manual machining. Hardinge lathes and Bridgeport mills
Capable of making tooling or fixtures when needed for various jobs
Solid math skills
Ability to use measuring equipment such as micrometers, depth gages, height gages, etc.
understanding of manufacturing processes and ability to complete/sign-off of traveler process sheets
ability to operate CNC machining is a plus
Problem solving

Pay: $36.00 - $40.00 per hour (Salary negotiable based on talent)
